Shipping policy

General information:

All order are processed in 48 hrs or less, and shipped Monday to Friday (excluded holiday).

During high season or sale event it may takes a little longer, however, you will received an email with all updates regarding the shipping.

Shipping Rate:

Orders are shipped ship via UPS or USPS.

We offer free shipping for order over $35.00, flat shipping rate of $4.99 for order less than $35.00. 

Shipping Process:

After order placed, we will keep update about the shipping providing with email regarding the order confirmation, tracking number and delivery status. 

UPS and USPS provide with a estimates delivery time, while most packages will arrives on time, but there is circumstances that are out of control (natural disaster, weather, holidays, etc) that may cause shipping postponement or delay, for this reason we can not guarantee the exact delivery time.

Package stolen or lost:

Please contact shipping carriers if package is lost or stolen after delivery. 

Return to sender, incorrect address 

If package has delivered to the address provided by the customer, we are not responsible for incorrect address provided by customer at checkout, if wrong address provided upon checkout please contact us within 3 hours of purchase to fix the address.If the package is return to our office due an error in the shipping address provided by the customer, customer will be responsible for the re-shipping fee.
