Refund policy

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, all item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused and in its original packaging.  

To start a return, you can contact us at hello@paumi.shop. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label.  Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

We cover partially all return orders. All returning of free shipping order will be deducted $4.00 from your refund, flat shipping rate order will be deducted $3.00 from your refund.

Freebie promotion 
In event of return; free items received as part of a promotion must be returned otherwise the cost of the promotional items will be deducted from the refund.

Damages and issues
We do not accept return of items that have been mishandled.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Earrings cannot be returned for sanitary reason.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
We do not have exchange policy. 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Cancellation 
All order will be process as soon as possible, there is 3 hours to cancel your order after purchase.
